In the Elemental Exploration Immersive Retreat we will explore the elements and how they relate to each of us. So that we can apply them to our daily rituals and practices.

We believe that true connection happens in intimate settings. For this reason space is limited for only 20 men and women to join us. On this journey, we will dive deeper into the practices of yoga and other healing modalities that help us dive deeper into our practice. Together we will all hold space for one another to dig deeper into our beings. So that we may know the capacity that IS our highest expression.

We will weave our way through the elements with yoga, dance and stillness. Connecting to our deepest selves in nature, with Pachamama, in Peru’s Sacred Valley!
