This very special retreat, lead by Rex Stromness, will be held at Wilka Tika in the heart of the Sacred Valley on the Urubamba River near Machu Pichu. We will have daily Yoga practice, meditation, 3 organic meals and opportunities for day trips to see the area, with one day devoted to the iconic Machu Pichu ruins. Wilka Tika is a magical place with many gardens and elegant yet comfortable lodging. We will be surrounded by Inca culture and visit Inca ruins.

Rex Stromness, co-owns and leads The Yoga Center of Chico, a center dedicated to offering yoga in the Krishnamacharya tradition, emphasizing Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga based Vinyasa Yoga.
