The retreat is for individuals\, couples and small groups of friends traveling together\, and is overall curated by Willka Tika’s Director\, Terry Cumes\, and onsite Manager\, Verena Velazco. \nFor this particular Nov  retreat\, Life by Design: Navigating Your Path with Shamanic Wisdom\, we will be additionally featuring special workshops with our resident shaman\, Samer Mouawad\, who has been coaching wellness and offering sacred Andean ceremonies to our retreat guests for many years. This retreat is designed to move beyond traditional goal-setting\, utilizing ancient shamanic tools to help you architect a life of purpose and profound alignment.  Supported by the potent energy of the Andes and Pachamama\, you will learn to bridge the mystical and the practical\, gaining the structure and clarity needed to navigate your modern world with harmony from the heart. \nThe fully inclusive rate per person includes single or shared garden room accommodations\, all meals vegetarian cuisine\, daily yoga\, daily classes\, local hiking to the nearby Maras salt flats and the Pumahuanca River\, select spa treatments and additional activities as outlined in the program.  See detailed itinerary and rates here. \nA $300 deposit confirms reservations\, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival in Peru.  Register here. \nThe Willka T’ika Essential Wellness Program combines 30 years of our experience with authentic Andean healing offerings into 7 Day wellness retreats.This program was designed for today’s traveler who seeks to reconnect with the healing energies of Mother Earth (Pachamama). \nThe format of the program follows the model of Willka T’ika’s Seven Chakra Gardens\, with each day focusing on a chakra\, or energy center. We will guide you through a specialized sequence of mindful activities\, therapeutic treatments\, farm-to-table meals\, home-made essential oils\, and powerful Andean ceremonies. \nStarting on Day 1 (Friday)\, you will begin with the 1st or “Earth” Chakra and connect with Pachamama\, Mother Earth. On Day 2 and 3 (Saturday & Sunday) you will honor the “Water” and “Fire” Chakras elements with Andean ceremonies\, yoga and breathtaking hikes. By the end of the weekend\, you will have cleansed your body and mind. Continue on Day 4 with the “Heart” Chakra and a heart-opening Cacao ceremony. Day 5 focuses on the “Throat” Chakra and you will experience sound healing with our local musicians. On Day 6 participate in opening the “Third-Eye\,” or 6th Chakra\, with an optional San Pedro ceremony offered on either Day 5 or 6.
