DESCRIPTION:Join us this November at Willka Tika for a special training to learn Aerial Yoga with Isidora Muniz\, a certified Aerial Yoga instructor\, for anyone interested in exploring this practice\, whether to integrate it into your professional path or simply to deepen a personal learning process and connection with your body. \nMore than just a new technique\, Aerial Yoga is a different way to experience movement. The silk swing becomes a tool that guides\, supports\, and accompanies the practice\, allowing you to work with gravity as an ally. Even inversions are explored in a contained and safe environment\, where the body can discover new forms of alignment\, confidence\, and freedom of movement. \nFor 6 days and 5 nights\, you’ll experience a complete immersion: 50 hours of theory\, practice\, accommodations\, and organic vegetarian meals\, at Willka Tika\, offered at the fully inclusive cost of $1720 for international participants.
