Massage Therapies
Our massage therapies draw on Andean wisdom, powerful local botanicals, and traditional bodywork practices. Your unique experience will be designed to deeply relax your body, awaken your senses, and invite mental clarity and spiritual integration. Each treatment is performed by our trained Quechua therapists in our grounding and inviting adobe spa rooms. Locally distilled hydrosols of molle, ruda, and muña, along with handcrafted herbal oils, awaken circulation, release layers of tension, and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm. We invite you to experience a variety of modalities—including lymphatic massage, aromatherapy massage, shiatsu, and hot-stone therapies. Inspired by the surrounding mountains and the energetic landscape of the Sacred Valley, these full-body therapies support altitude adaptation, invite deep rest, and help the body return to balance.
Organic Andean Facials
Drawing on the healing power of fruits, bees, flowers, and herbs from our own gardens, we handcraft remedies for a truly bespoke organic facial. Settle into the warmth and grounding embrace of our adobe spa as our native Quechua therapist pampers you with botanicals infused with the spirit of Pachamama. Experience a masque enriched with the ancient energy of lucuma fruit harvested from our thousand-year-old tree, or with honey made by bees who gather nectar from Willka T’ika’s blossoms. Each treatment nourishes the skin, softens the heart, and restores a radiant sense of well-being.
Crystal Light Therapy
This subtle yet powerful treatment combines color, light, crystals, and music to clear and realign the body’s chakras. Layers of quartz, carefully tuned chromatics, and ambient sound guide you into a state of expanded awareness, inviting you to shed old patterns and open to new energy. The therapy is believed to recharge the body’s vitality and create feelings of deep relaxation and transformation; for some, it evokes a profound sense of connection to the divine. After your session, enjoy a freshly steeped herbal tea in one of the Seven Chakra Gardens to help integrate and deepen the healing experience.
Andean Flower Baths
Soak beneath the Sacred Valley stars in our Andean Flower Baths. Aromatic blends created from blossoms in the Willka T’ika gardens permeate the water, the air, and your senses. These unique solar baths—carved from stone and tucked into secluded corners of the gardens—are warmed naturally by the sun throughout the day. At night, the water becomes a fragrant infusion of flowers, medicinal herbs, and restorative Maras salt. Settle beneath the Southern Cross and let the mountains hold you. Perfect after a high-altitude day of exploration, this healing ritual revives the nervous system, releases lingering tension, and invites deep, restorative tranquility.
Reflexology
This ancient therapeutic modality begins at the foundation of the energetic body, grounding you into Pachamama and awakening the Root Chakra—the center of stability, safety, and connection to the earth. Through traditional foot-zone techniques, your therapist applies gentle, intentional pressure to reflex points on the feet—an Andean-inspired approach used to release hucha (heavy energy) and welcome sami (light, vital energy). Enhanced with local Maras salt crystals and handcrafted essential oils from Willka T’ika’s own flower essences, this treatment encourages lymphatic flow, dissolves stress, and restores whole-body balance. A perfect way to unwind from a day of trekking or excursions, it is a grounding experience that invites deep integration and restores internal harmony.
Plunge Pool
The plunge pool offers a versatile hydrotherapy experience, inviting both invigoration and deep relaxation. Traditionally, the plunge is used as a cold immersion following traditional warming rituals such as our Andean sweat lodge. As a standalone cold plunge, it helps stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and awaken the body’s natural energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized – a perfect way to integrate after a day of yoga practice or training.
The pool may also be gently warmed to support relaxation, circulation, and therapeutic release — a perfect counterpoint to a day of hiking, horseback riding, or cultural exploration.
Set within the gardens and adorned with fresh blossoms, the experience is both sensory and restorative. Whether enjoyed as a revitalizing cold plunge or a warming soak, the water supports the body’s natural rhythms — awakening the senses, easing muscular tension, and encouraging a state of balance and renewal.
