Becca Zimble is an E-RYT 500 YACEP Yoga Instructor and teacher trainer from Southern California. Teaching over 13 years, she guides public classes, retreats, and Yoga Alliance teacher trainings. From power yoga, to yin and restorative, meditation and pranayama, her energy is infused with traditional yoga philosophy and imbued with contemporary and practical wisdom.  She is a proud participant of the Prison Yoga Project, Homeboy Industries, and local partner with Sahel Sage non profit. Becca is passionate about the studies of longevity and mental health studying methods to align the primitive nature of our human experience with our modern cultural and societal lifestyles.
