Cultural Yoga Retreat in Peru’s Sacred
September 13, 2025 - September 20, 2025
Join Gena Foreman and Stacy Whittingham for this wonderfully curated cultural yoga retreat in Peru’s Sacred Valley.
We will be staying at Willka T’ika, a luxury eco-friendly sanctuary located between the world heritage site of Machu Picchu and the Incan capitol of Cusco.
Wake up each morning surrounded by lush gardens, flowing water streams and views of the Andes Mountains. We will start the day with a grounding yoga flow, followed by a vegetarian breakfast. Afternoons will be filled with adventure. We will explore Machu Picchu, visit a local Quechua community, check out nearby Incan ruins, shop in colorful local markets and hike to neighboring salt flats. Evenings will include participating in shamanic ceremonies, gentle yoga and breathwork.
We will be fueled and nourished by chef prepared healthy vegetarian breakfasts, lunches and dinners that will allow you to explore the culture of Peru through flavor and food.
This retreat is perfect for yoga practitioners of all abilities who are looking to integrate more cultural experiences and self- care into their daily lives.
All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.
