Join Gina Lee for a soul reviving retreat in Peru’s Sacred Valley next June!  This will be an unforgettable journey exploring ancient lands while being cradled in the serene sanctuary of Willka Tika, nourished with healing herbs and fresh vegetables overflowing from their organic gardens. Classes in gentle yoga and breathing will be offered.

The ancient magic of the Andean mountains will ground you and provide an anchor for your inner and outer spiritual work providing a container to help you to release any heaviness that you may carry and support your mental and emotional well being. The local Qero culture is deep and rooted in Earth based rituals honoring Pachamama, that provide support for both personal meditation and community rituals for protecting and loving the Earth.

We will participate in Andean ceremonies for good health and abundance as well as a cacao ceremony rooting us to the land and our life’s work with sweetness and clarity. Retreat Excursions will take us into the local communities of P’isaq and Moray to explore Inkan ruins and agricultural wonders of the terraces used to harness the power of micro climates in growing conditions at 10000 feet. The grand finale of the trip leads us to the majestic peaks of Machu Picchu having two days to properly explore the site while staying in the portal town of Aguas Calientes before we make the return journey back home.
