Throughout this transformative journey, you will engage in a variety of enriching practices and experiences designed to deepen your connection with yourself, others, and this sacred land. Daily sessions include Gyrokinesis®, Pilates, Meditation, and Qigong practices.

We will explore visits to sacred sites like the ancient archaeological ceremonial site of Pisac and take a breathtaking hike to Machu Picchu, immersing ourselves in its timeless energy. We will also share meaningful ceremonies with Andean Q’ero elders, offering sacred wisdom and honoring indigenous traditions.

This week is designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul in harmony with the ancient and sacred energies of the Andes of Perú.
